The Warehouse Lead/Trainer role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 Pm to Finish.

You will:

• Train new selectors on the selection process
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
• Audit pallets and work
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
• 2 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience
• 2 years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience
• 2 years of RF Scanner experience
• 2 years of Selecting experience in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a safety role
• OSHA Certification for all material handling equipment
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a safety mindset
